Spiritual Impact Of A Mother

print

What God has given to the world to let all men know about His great love for mankind is The Book known as The Holy Bible! The Bible is the story of creation, and of mankind and how to be declared “Not Guilty” because of the curse of sin brought on all people by the fall of Adam. The creation of “motherhood” is a wonderful miracle from Almighty God, which He designed for a truly miraculous provision in order to provide many serious requirements that could only be accomplished through His design of the anatomy of a mother!! In honor of Mother’s Day our message for the day is “Spiritual Impact Of A Mother”

Old Testament Scripture Reading: Genesis 2:16 – 25 (KJV)

Gen 2:16  The LORD God commanded the man, saying, “From any tree of the garden you may eat freely;

Gen 2:17  but from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil you shall not eat, for in the day that you eat from it you will surely die.”

Gen 2:18  Then the LORD God said, “It is not good for the man to be alone; I will make him a helper suitable for him.”

Gen 2:19  Out of the ground the LORD God formed every beast of the field and every bird of the sky, and brought them to the man to see what he would call them; and whatever the man called a living creature, that was its name.

Gen 2:20  The man gave names to all the cattle, and to the birds of the sky, and to every beast of the field, but for Adam there was not found a helper suitable for him.

Gen 2:21  So the LORD God caused a deep sleep to fall upon the man, and he slept; then He took one of his ribs and closed up the flesh at that place.

Gen 2:22  The LORD God fashioned into a woman the rib which He had taken from the man, and brought her to the man.

Gen 2:23  The man said, “This is now bone of my bones, And flesh of my flesh; She shall be called Woman, Because she was taken out of Man.”

Gen 2:24  For this reason a man shall leave his father and his mother, and be joined to his wife; and they shall become one flesh.

Gen 2:25  And the man and his wife were both naked and were not ashamed.

New Testament Scripture Reading: 2Timothy 1:5 – 11 (KJV)

2Ti 1:5  When I call to remembrance the unfeigned faith that is in thee, which dwelt first in thy grandmother Lois, and thy mother Eunice; and I am persuaded that in thee also.

2Ti 1:6  Wherefore I put thee in remembrance that thou stir up the gift of God, which is in thee by the putting on of my hands.

2Ti 1:7  For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.

2Ti 1:8  Be not thou therefore ashamed of the testimony of our Lord, nor of me his prisoner: but be thou partaker of the afflictions of the gospel according to the power of God;

2Ti 1:9  Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began,

2Ti 1:10  But is now made manifest by the appearing of our Saviour Jesus Christ, who hath abolished death, and hath brought life and immortality to light through the gospel:

2Ti 1:11  Whereunto I am appointed a preacher, and an apostle, and a teacher of the Gentiles.

Transforming Power Statements:

1) The first thing that was not good, even when there was no sin in the world, was that “it is not good that the man should be alone revealing to all that mankind is incomplete without a Mother, which is God’s design to make provision for this first situation that was not good, even though there was no sin in the creation as of yet!

2) This provision was made as a perfect weapon against the devil and his evil plot to destroy mankind through the introduction of sin and death into the world, and remained effective throughout all of the time from then up until JESUS was born of a virgin mother for the purpose of setting up eternal salvation for the world by His perfect wisdom through His design of the very first mother!

3) Jesus was therefore able to become flesh without becoming a sinner by default through His perfect blood (Acts 20:28) which He willfully shed to fulfill God’s perfect will, in the days of His flesh, to provide perfect satisfaction to God His Father, by the perfect sacrifice of HIMSELF for everyone who believes in HIM!
