Transforming Power Statements:
1) The Psalmist realized that God Himself was his refuge in every situation he faced, and that there are no enemies nor forces of darkness that God would not be there with him to assist his deliverance through the situation based solely of the promises / goodness of the Most High God!
2) The writer to the Hebrews explains perhaps one of the most profound aspects of the death of Jesus the Christ stating one of the most profound reasons for His death on the cross; which helps us to know that what He was accomplishing by the giving of His life, was for the purpose of providing the ones who believe in Him with a reason why death has been dealt with by His resurrection from the dead; which is proof that death has been swallowed up in victory for everyone who believes, and therefore, there is no reason to fear death any longer!
3) It should be our favorite thing as we realize that God in His perfect love for us chose to give us the life of His Son, so that we could have the very thing we could not ever earn, which is His Perfect love by grace; and at the same time, it is also therefore, true as well that all who reject this marvelous gift from God, shall fully deserve His condemnation and shall have no confidence along with the lost!
