Sign of the Return of Israel

We are living in the times that were predicted by the Prophets of the Old Testament, and are able to see that many of their prophecies have already been accurately fulfilled. As we look at this reality today, our Pastor teacher, Landis Fisher will reveal a parallel between some closer prophecies from our LORD Jesus Christ that let us see that the times of the return of Israel and the falling away of the Church are culmination right now in human history just as God has stated. Listen in today as Pastor Fisher presents a message on this subject which he has titled: “Sign of the Return of Israel”

Old Testament Scripture Reading: Hosea 3:1 – 5  (KJV)

Hos 3:1  Then said the LORD unto me, Go yet, love a woman beloved of her friend, yet an adulteress, according to the love of the LORD toward the children of Israel, who look to other gods, and love flagons of wine.
Hos 3:2  So I bought her to me for fifteen pieces of silver, and for an homer of barley, and an half homer of barley:
Hos 3:3  And I said unto her, Thou shalt abide for me many days; thou shalt not play the harlot, and thou shalt not be for another man: so will I also be for thee.
Hos 3:4  For the children of Israel shall abide many days without a king, and without a prince, and without a sacrifice, and without an image, and without an ephod, and without teraphim:
Hos 3:5  Afterward shall the children of Israel return, and seek the LORD their God, and David their king; and shall fear the LORD and his goodness in the latter days.

New Testament Scripture Reading: Matthew 24:32 – 39  (KJV)

Mat 24:32  Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is nigh:
Mat 24:33  So likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, even at the doors.
Mat 24:34  Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled.
Mat 24:35  Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.
Mat 24:36  But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.
Mat 24:37  But as the days of Noe were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
Mat 24:38  For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark,
Mat 24:39  And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

Transforming Power Statements:

1) Israel is God’s chosen nation and even though they have been spiritually disconnected from Him every since their rejection of His Son, Jesus Christ, God is still planning to keep all the previous promises that He made to the Patriarchs which have not yet been fulfilled.

2) The blindness of Israel is proof that the Bible has accurately predicted their current fallen state and also their future return to God and the salvation He has ordained for all the world by faith in Jesus Christ His Only begotten Son.

3) There are also prophecies about the falling away of the Church which we are witnessing now in our time, which also are indicators that the time of the return of Jesus are drawing near day by day; and that the state of the unbelieving world is tending toward more and more godless behavior as God turns them over to their own devices as judgment.

4) It is time for the remnant to shape up and make preparation for the coming of the LORD!
