Messianic Power Delivered
In our last lesson called “Season Of God’s Protective Grace” we learned that after the flood in the days of Noah, God confounded the languages of the people as a measure of protection of the people in order to slow down the growth of sin in the world. In today’s message as we prepare for the holiday seasons of Palm Sunday and Passover, let us see how God unscrambled the curse of tongues when Jesus Christ His Son was revealed to be the Messiah in this message called: “Messianic Power Delivered”
Old Testament Scripture Reading Ezekiel 3:1 – 7 (KJV)
Eze 3:1 Moreover he said unto me, Son of man, eat that thou findest; eat this roll, and go speak unto the house of Israel.
Eze 3:2 So I opened my mouth, and he caused me to eat that roll.
Eze 3:3 And he said unto me, Son of man, cause thy belly to eat, and fill thy bowels with this roll that I give thee. Then did I eat it; and it was in my mouth as honey for sweetness.
Eze 3:4 And he said unto me, Son of man, go, get thee unto the house of Israel, and speak with my words unto them.
Eze 3:5 For thou art not sent to a people of a strange speech and of an hard language, but to the house of Israel;
Eze 3:6 Not to many people of a strange speech and of an hard language, whose words thou canst not understand. Surely, had I sent thee to them, they would have hearkened unto thee.
Eze 3:7 But the house of Israel will not hearken unto thee; for they will not hearken unto me: for all the house of Israel are impudent and hardhearted.

Act 2:21 And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved.
Transforming Power Statements:
1) Tongues were created by God as a means to retard the growth of sin, and as a measure of providing Grace to the people whom He had made; who were back up to their old tricks; even after the judgment of the flood of the entire world.
2) Even Israel God’s chosen people did not remain faithful to God, to the point that they were taken by God’s decree into captivity by Gentile nations for failure to honor God’s Holy Law; and God sent Prophets to preach to them like Ezekiel, yet they still would not listen and obey.
3) After forty two generations; in spite of Israel’s disobedience, God sent His Son Jesus The Messiah, Who fulfilled God’s Law, defeated the devil, death, and the grave out on a hill called Calvary, all by Himself and declared that All Power Is Given To Me; So God reversed the curse of tongues to all the Gospel to go out from Jerusalem to all the world!
