In our previous message; “God’s Word Vs Everything Else”, we discovered that God’s Word must become superior to the believer, as above and beyond all other sources that contradict the counsel of God, Who is the author and Finisher of our Faith! In today’s message we shall discover that there are many things which set themselves up to be contrary to the Counsel of God, even things that profess to be “the Church”; but never let the Word itself be the supreme means of all authority; which Jesus said that it is easier for heaven and earth to pass away than for the word of God to fail!

Old Testament Scripture Reading Daniel 12:1 – 13 (KJV)

Dan 12:1  And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book.

Dan 12:2  And many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt.

Dan 12:3  And they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars for ever and ever.

Dan 12:4  But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased.

Dan 12:5  Then I Daniel looked, and, behold, there stood other two, the one on this side of the bank of the river, and the other on that side of the bank of the river.

Dan 12:6  And one said to the man clothed in linen, which was upon the waters of the river, How long shall it be to the end of these wonders?

Dan 12:7  And I heard the man clothed in linen, which was upon the waters of the river, when he held up his right hand and his left hand unto heaven, and sware by him that liveth for ever that it shall be for a time, times, and an half; and when he shall have accomplished to scatter the power of the holy people, all these things shall be finished.

Dan 12:8  And I heard, but I understood not: then said I, O my Lord, what shall be the end of these things?

Dan 12:9  And he said, Go thy way, Daniel: for the words are closed up and sealed till the time of the end.

Dan 12:10  Many shall be purified, and made white, and tried; but the wicked shall do wickedly: and none of the wicked shall understand; but the wise shall understand.

Dan 12:11  And from the time that the daily sacrifice shall be taken away, and the abomination that maketh desolate set up, there shall be a thousand two hundred and ninety days.

Dan 12:12  Blessed is he that waiteth, and cometh to the thousand three hundred and five and thirty days.

Dan 12:13  But go thou thy way till the end be: for thou shalt rest, and stand in thy lot at the end of the days.

New Testament Scripture Reading Matthew 24:1 – 14 (KJV)

Mat 24:1  And Jesus went out, and departed from the temple: and his disciples came to him for to shew him the buildings of the temple.

Mat 24:2  And Jesus said unto them, See ye not all these things? verily I say unto you, There shall not be left here one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down.

Mat 24:3  And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world?

Mat 24:4  And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you.

Mat 24:5  For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.

Mat 24:6  And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.

Mat 24:7  For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.

Mat 24:8  All these are the beginning of sorrows.

Mat 24:9  Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name’s sake.

Mat 24:10  And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another.

Mat 24:11  And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many.

Mat 24:12  And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.

Mat 24:13  But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.

Mat 24:14  And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.

Transforming Power Statements:

1) There is a global alignment of all the earth, which is in progress concerning Israel (The covenant people), the Church, and the fallen world; Unbelieving Israel and many within the nations, all of which are raging against each other; but more importantly, against God and Jesus Christ “His Anointed” as Daniel the Prophet, along with all other OT Prophets have written; a) which will ultimately (By Godly edict and force) shall give way to the rise of Jesus Christ; the TRUE KING OF Kings!

2) The primary heart of the conflict of the believers and the unbelievers, centers over physical / monetary wealth; rather than believing the Word of God, Who has issued HIS decree that all people should repent and believe the Gospel of Jesus Christ, which is the TRUE MISSION of the actual Church.

3) Jesus in the gospel of Matthew gave clear instructions and prophecies to the ones who believe, that we are to be misunderstood by the world and even persecuted because of our testimony; but we are to continue at all cost to preach the Gospel so that everyone who believes can be saved!
