As we continue to learn about obstacles to our salvation, let us consider the first step in the process and the main reason we must learn to rely on the Gospel of Jesus Christ, rightly understood as step one, in putting on the whole armor of God against the tricks of the devil and other deniers of God’s Gospel. Likewise, God has set His standard for all people, and it must be attained in His way, as He has stated in His Word, The Bible!
Therefore, step one is getting the understanding of Salvation from the Word of God, which He has provided for everyone who chooses to receive His Wisdom through the preaching of His Word to as many as receive Jesus Christ! So, the question for everyone, is where do you stand in “Receipt Of The Knowledge Of The Gospel Of Jesus Christ”

Transforming Power Statements:
1) Solomon, son of King David, writes that searching for God’s desire for our lives is the process we must all take to come to the understanding of life from the view of God by seeking His Word above all else in life, which will give us wisdom that produces faith that God alone is the provider of Salvation which only He can give.
2) When Paul had ended his struggle with God on the road to Damascus after having been directly confronted by the risen, ascended Jesus Christ, he received God’s wisdom to stop trusting in his own works-based religion and to begin to trust only in Jesus Christ, God’s Only Begotten Son, which was his time of the receipt of the knowledge of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
3) Years later after Paul’s conversion he was arrested for preaching the Gospel with Silas in Philippi where his praise of God shook the prison and brought about evidence to the Jailer, who became interested to know what must he do to be saved; and the answer was Believe in the Lord Jesus and you shall be saved, you and your household!
