Old Testament Scripture Reading: Zechariah 12:10 (KJV)
Zec 12:10 And I will pour upon the house of David, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the spirit of grace and of supplications: and they shall look upon me whom they have pierced, and they shall mourn for him, as one mourneth for his only son, and shall be in bitterness for him, as one that is in bitterness for his firstborn.
New Testament Scripture Reading: Jude 1:17 – 25 (KJV)
Jud 1:17 But, beloved, remember ye the words which were spoken before of the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ;
Jud 1:18 How that they told you there should be mockers in the last time, who should walk after their own ungodly lusts.
Jud 1:19 These be they who separate themselves, sensual, having not the Spirit.
Jud 1:20 But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost,
Jud 1:21 Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life.
Jud 1:22 And of some have compassion, making a difference:
Jud 1:23 And others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire; hating even the garment spotted by the flesh.
Jud 1:24 Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy,
Jud 1:25 To the only wise God our Saviour, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and ever. Amen.
Transforming Power Statements:
1) Since God has divided the entire world time system by the first coming of His Only-Begotten Son, Jesus Christ, He Himself has placed an obvious fact in the face of all people, so that they are all without excuse concerning Jesus Christ, as the ONLY MEDIATOR between God and mankind, and also, He has made Israel, His “chosen people” the focal point of all the kingdoms of the world, and even has predicted their general un-belief as a people; however, He has also promised to preserve Israel so that they can repent as a people and morn for Jesus as for an only Son!
2) Zechariah 12:10 reveals that the “House of David”; (which was the kingly line through which Jesus the Messiah was born)and the “inhabitants of Jerusalem” will have an outpouring of the spirit of grace and supplication, causing them to finally see that Jesus, whom they have rejected for nearly 2000 years, is the Christ, causing a deep repentance as that for a first-born in the latter days!
3) In the meantime, we as the true church must contend against all ecumenical religious systems who under the guise of “unity” are all denigrating the doctrines of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and His Church so that God may grant them repentance to accept the Gospel of Jesus Christ, as we continue to preach “Exclusively Jesus”
