Future Full of Faith

At the closing out of 2015 A.D Pastor LANDIS Fisher held a “Praising in 2016 A.D.” service at his some Church, St. Timothy Missionary Baptist Church in beautiful downtown Wellston Missouri. He also delivered this message of encouragement to the congregation which Straight Gate Ministries audio crew has recorded to present to our online families. Please listen to this inspiring message from Exodus 12:1 – 8 which he has titled: Future Full of Faith

Old Testament Scripture Reading: Exodus 12:1 – 8  (KJV)

Exo 12:1  And the LORD spake unto Moses and Aaron in the land of Egypt, saying,
Exo 12:2  This month shall be unto you the beginning of months: it shall be the first month of the year to you.
Exo 12:3  Speak ye unto all the congregation of Israel, saying, In the tenth day of this month they shall take to them every man a lamb, according to the house of their fathers, a lamb for an house:
Exo 12:4  And if the household be too little for the lamb, let him and his neighbour next unto his house take it according to the number of the souls; every man according to his eating shall make your count for the lamb.
Exo 12:5  Your lamb shall be without blemish, a male of the first year: ye shall take it out from the sheep, or from the goats:
Exo 12:6  And ye shall keep it up until the fourteenth day of the same month: and the whole assembly of the congregation of Israel shall kill it in the evening.
Exo 12:7  And they shall take of the blood, and strike it on the two side posts and on the upper door post of the houses, wherein they shall eat it.
Exo 12:8  And they shall eat the flesh in that night, roast with fire, and unleavened bread; and with bitter herbs they shall eat it.

New Testament Scripture Reading: Hebrews 11:1 – 6  (KJV)

Heb 11:1  Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.
Heb 11:2  For by it the elders obtained a good report.
Heb 11:3  Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.
Heb 11:4  By faith Abel offered unto God a more excellent sacrifice than Cain, by which he obtained witness that he was righteous, God testifying of his gifts: and by it he being dead yet speaketh.
Heb 11:5  By faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because God had translated him: for before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased God.
Heb 11:6  But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

Transforming Power Statements:

1) Faith is the means by which we operate in the will and planning of God.

2) It is not possible to rely on human responses, provisions, nor philosophies and walk faithfully with God; because without faith it is impossible to please God.

3) Faith in God is the cure for whatever sins we are dealing with and God has paid an immeasurable expense to redeem all who trust in Christ Jesus His Son from every sin and to perfect their relationship with Him forever, for anyone who approaches Him by faith in Christ Jesus whom He raised from the dead!
