Transforming Power Statements:

1) When God the Holy Spirit convicts the hearers of the Gospel of Jesus Christ to come into saving faith it is a mighty act of God, which causes what Jesus called being born from above (Born again John 3:3) and from this crucial moment, a separation of flesh and spirit begins, because God’s Holy Spirit is given to indwell each believer to comfort, rebuke, and lead them into God’s Word, (The Holy Bible) which alone is the godly force to divide the mindset of the spirit and the soul. (Hebrews 4:12)

2) The believer in Christ Jesus has now become a disciple (which is a learner) and there is a gradual transition from walking in the deadness of the old life ( which is crucified with Christ) into a newness of life in the Holy Spirit Who is God producing a new person who begins to give glory to God and to boast in Him rather than anything else, and to direct all glory to God Who is worthy!

3) The ones who are saved understand that it is completely by God’s grace and in gratitude to Him make a conscious choice to obey God and glorify Him even though many times because of the saved lifestyle pressures from without and within, will cause the believer walking by faith in God alone to be afflicted, but by looking forward to the promises of eternity, each believer and endure because of the ultimate glory promised to the ones who love God through Jesus Christ!
